These Terms of Service govern your participation in the EyeDa Group Discord community. By joining or participating in the server, you agree to these terms in addition to Discord's own Terms of Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By joining the EyeDa Discord server, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not join or participate in the community.
These terms apply alongside Discord's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Violations of Discord's platform rules are also violations of these terms.
Community Conduct
All members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The following behaviors are prohibited:
- Harassment, hate speech, or targeted abuse of any member
- Sharing illegal, explicit, or otherwise harmful content
- Spamming, flooding channels, or posting unsolicited promotional material
- Impersonating staff, other members, or any person or organization
- Sharing personal information of other members without their explicit consent
- Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the server or its members
This list is not exhaustive. Staff reserve the right to take action on any behavior deemed harmful to the community, even if not explicitly listed above.
User Content
By posting content in the EyeDa community, you represent that you have the right to share that content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. You retain ownership of content you post, but grant EyeDa Group a non-exclusive license to display and moderate it within the server.
We are not responsible for content posted by members. Content that violates these terms may be removed at any time without notice.
Community Art
Members may voluntarily submit artwork to be featured on the EyeDa website's Community Art page. By submitting artwork for display, you confirm that you are the original creator or have the rights to share the work, and you grant EyeDa Group permission to display it publicly on our website.
Submitted artwork is hosted via ImageKit. You may request removal of your artwork at any time by contacting us, and we will remove it promptly.
Moderation
EyeDa Group staff have the authority to moderate the community at their discretion. This includes the ability to warn, mute, kick, or permanently ban members who violate these terms or otherwise disrupt the community.
Moderation decisions are made in good faith to maintain a safe and welcoming environment. If you believe a moderation action was taken in error, you may appeal by contacting us at the address below.
Disclaimer
The EyeDa community is provided as-is. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or continuity of the server. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the community at any time without notice.
EyeDa Group is not responsible for interactions between members that occur outside of our community platforms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the community following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
