EyeDea is a desktop reference board app designed for artists, designers, and otherr creative people who need to organize and view reference images.

Yes, EyeDea is completely free to download and use.

Currently EyeDea is available for Windows. MacOS and Linux versions are coming soon.

Currently, there is no built-in cloud saving feature. However, you can manually export your boards and import them on another device. As implied, the app runs completely offline and local, but in the future I do plan on potentially releasing an online version that allows users to save and view their boards seamlessly on different devices via user accounts.
